Once again, Law Express have outdone themselves! An ideal revision guide for those embarking on an undergraduate law degree. Clear, concise chapters and explanations. Easy to absorb and easy to understand. I rate these books so highly I deem them an "absolutely essential" part of your undergraduate learning. . Please, if you are reading law at undergraduate level, these are the books that can explain all the necessary information before you extend outwards and read the larger textbooks. In the past I have found a plethora of different revision guides, plenty of them around everywhere - for GCSE level; for A level; and for degree level - but it's still a huge challenge to find a DECENT set of them. Some are too complicated - both in terms of wording/language and layout, others make you feel as though there is not ENOUGH information In there that yku are required to know. It's a tough job finding suitable ones but these are the best out there in my opinion. NB. For anyone reading this who will be doing any studying now or in the future the main things to remember when buying revision guides - ⭐️ Check the specification that you aregoing to follow - this issimple at A level & GCSE as you should know oe can easily found out your exam board. Everything you do in terms of learning will revolve around those exam boardspecifications e.g. AQA. Once you know this try and find revision guides either made or endorsed by your exam board. This means you will only be learning what you actually need to know and nothing unneccessary. Learning is hard enough without adding extras to your revision that you will never need! ⭐️ Buy the guides you find most easy to read - Visit the bookshop in person or use look inside at Amazon and DO NOT buy a book that you don't like the layout or colous scheme of. After all, you'll be having your head in this book fequesntly so it must be easyon the eyes and easy to read. ⭐️ Lastly, go through your revision guides with your syllabus/full topic specification in front of you. The idea here is to go through finding all the parts of the spec in your revision guide and ticking them off, one by one.

This is a great book as an aide memoire for revision and the little mindmap at beginning of each chapter matches the way I try to organise my notes so it all seems to make sense. Excellent for revision and essay planning, whilst it doesn't cover everything in detail it's clear layout and aforementioned mindmap should make it easier to remember all the elements of the tort you are studying. Far better than the Nutshells on Tort Doesn't have copious amounts of case law but covers all the elements. Only omission I could see is that there is not much on the narrow rule (manufacturer's liability) and related product liability via the Consumer Protection Act 1987 so you will still need another book such as the nutshells series.
