Review # 1 was written on 2012-06-04 00:00:00 William Bartlett I purchased this book on a whim right as I started working on my dissertation, and it was a lucky find. The authors' treatment of the topic covers both the practical and the theoretical aspects thoroughly, enough that self-study is possible. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid introduction to the topic. |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-11-30 00:00:00 Sean Keeney I had studied the entirety of this textbook over the course of two university semesters. The textbook serves as a simple introduction, and delves unhurriedly and systemically into more advanced theories. A student will find an abundance of exercises to work through, and an adequate number of solved examples for almost each concept you come across in the chapters. As a bonus, I have absolutely enjoyed the case studies and articles included. |
