The author paints herself as some rouge exposing the entire beauty industry as snake oil salesmen. I was looking for facts about skin physiology and how ingredients affect skin. But I can't stand bossy, know-it-alls. I tried to skip through to specific topics, but the tone didn't change and I couldn't stomach it. Give me the facts and let me decide.
