A superb textbook for those who are studying A Level or GCSE law or a subject that requires you to know a little about criminal law. It can also be used as an introduction to criminal law for those who have just started that module of their law degree. However, it is not detailed enough to carry you through a law degree module and you will need to purchase further books for this purpose. I used this book to help with A Level law and couldn't fault it.

I believe it is the best book for someone starting their adventure with criminal law. It is written in an easy way and contains lots of case scenarios, which help you to understand the issues. I was a student of Criminology, when I bought it.
