Review # 2 was written on 2016-01-07 00:00:00 Michael Stevens This was a very instructive book that helped me understand all the different dimensions of health. If you are interested in learning about health, I would recommend that you read this book. Even if you are not going to use some of the information presented in the book, it is good to have that knowledge. I read this book for a Health Science class that I took, and really enjoyed not only the class but reading the textbook! I know it sounds crazy, but if you want to learn about health, this is a really interesting and at times fun, book to read.
