Review # 2 was written on 2014-12-06 00:00:00 Stephen Wasniewski Only a Japanese book could have the exact same character advocate local, organic, sustainable farming and commercial whaling. In the same chapter, no less. At any rate, not my favorite volume, but definitely as detailed and passionate about food as the previous ones.
