This is a great book for anyone that wants a step-by-step instruction/explanation of an IEP. Extremely helpful.

This is a work-book filled with information and exercises for those with ADD. It explains that Add is a neurological condition, not a behavioral one, and certinally not a condition caused by apathy. Sigh. I got a lot of that growing up, and sometimes still do. This is a helpful guide to manage this, as it gives a lot of insight to why people with ADD do what they do. The exercises are helpful, though sometimes difficult. It pays off, though.
