Review # 1 was written on 2017-12-10 00:00:00 Etienne Cornu This was the main text for a college course I just took in the fall of 2010 on 19th century European diplomatic history, and covers the period from the end of the Napoleonic wars in 1815 up to coming of World War I in 1914. It was well-written, a pleasure to read, is illustrated with excellent maps and has an exhaustive bibliography for those interested in further study of this subject.
