I would recommend this if you want a quick book to learn more about different types of poisons, and I look forward to reading more of the Horrible Science books in future.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-05-28 00:00:00 Harry Questor The Horrible Science series beats science lessons at school all hands down! They are hardly ever boring and are more likely to stay in your memory for a lifetime than all those other dull and unimaginative science text books you come across. This book is no exception. Just the right amount of horrible info without actually giving you nightmares mixed with a bit of humour. Actually, in some instances, I was surprised there wasn't more info supplied, particularly on Mercury. However, this is a delightful treatise on the subject of poison - a subject that is usually too horrible to discuss!
