Review # 1 was written on 2009-06-28 00:00:00 Brian Lynch An excellent book about a relaxation technique to calm stress and anxiety. Psychologist Fred Friedberg provides step-by-step instructions to help you use the eye movement technique (EMT) method at home. I tried it and it works! Simple and effective. Apparently no one really understands why, perhaps it somehow interrupts an obsessive mental spiral to re-set your brain. The balance of the book includes case histories which detail the many ways the EMT can be used. Dr. Friedberg convinces with his professional skills in many transcriptions from patient sessions. Read it and try it!
