If you care about the future of our global economy, and are interested in a future where capitalism has a heart or conscience, you might want to read this book. It sheds light on David and Charles Koch and the ways that the ultra wealthy are approaching the subject. The author is funded (his Professorship) by the Koch brothers.

Very concise and very handy -- there is an excellent set of Board self-evaluation documents at then end. It is actually unfortunate that the book has the title it does, as I think it will keep well-functioning boards from picking it up and learning from it.
