Aristotle was an incredible philosopher and scientist. I did not know he is known and the "father of zoology." He was one of the first documented people to classify animals into categories. He did not believe in the existence of the manticore (a strange animal to be seen in India with three sets of teeth, the body of a lion, and the head of a human). But it would be interesting to know what kind of animal in India this really was.
