Review # 1 was written on 2013-05-20 00:00:00 David Liang Ahh, this manga. It has all the pervy cliches manga is notorious for (underage girls and their innocent/sexualized lives, baths with said underage girls, pervy snooping dad, adorable moe boy who is naked like all the time), but it's so dumb and good-hearted it's impossible not to like it. Plus there's a dude who's a dead ringer for Wolverine in the story. I like King of Thorn better, but this is enjoyable nonsense.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-02-23 00:00:00 Rick Boettner Misaki and her widowed father move to the town of Hohoro. Misaki soon becomes friends with Sanae and on the way home from school one day they come across a creature in the lake rather like the Loch Ness Monster. This is the Hohopo, but when he kisses the girls on the lips he turns into a naked little boy they name Neo. Also going on - Misaki's father may be getting interested in a woman who was friends with Misaki's deceased mother, and Misaki is not happy about it. And if that's not enough, there is also a kidnapped heiress with a secret, gold at the bottom of the lake, and a crashed Cessna. There is some nudity and a couple of things I found questionable, but overall I found the story engaging.
