Review # 1 was written on 2010-04-14 00:00:00 Robert Desmarais This was a difficult book to read, as written it seems Mr. Vaughan has written it as a tribute. It is very stilted in style at times, I didn't care about Dr. Koprowski's composing style and the descriptors of the music. I read it because I am a virologist and heard many stories about Dr. Koprowski so from that point it was good. The last two chapters got painful to read just because it was the end of his career and there wasn't anything new to add from the virology world. |
