It seems like it's a PD book... but it goes so in-depth into ... like "a book usually has at least one character in it" sort of level of knowledge that it doesn't seem like it can be practitioners. If you're a teacher and don't understand what setting is? Or that books have characters? Or that a book should be interesting? (All stuff from the chapter I tried to make myself read last night.) Then I'm not sure what you're doing.
