Review # 1 was written on 2017-06-06 00:00:00 anthony abbott If you're looking for some highly enjoyable pulp, then read this novel. The basic plot is that two secret teams are trying to get to the North Pole shortly after WWI. One team is using a submarine, and the other a dual engine bomber. The incentive is a cash prize. What could go wrong? Crashes in the air and under the sea? Attacks by a series of wild animals? Angry native populations? Evil anarchist? And that's just a bit of what goes on on. Implausible plots were never more fun! "They" truly don't write them like this anymore!
