1) Has the story started at the right place? Yes because it gets straight to the point. It tells you the different types of careers there are in this field in the introduction. Example page 4: "These include many fields that are relevant for obvious reasons, such as medicine, anthropology, odontology (dentistry/bite mark evidence), entomology (the examination of insects associated with decomposing human remains) Biology, psychology, and chemistry". 2)Does one thing lead to another? I believe it does because after naming the careers it shows the different types things they need them for in crime scenes. For example page 5: " There may be finger-prints, footmarks, pools of blood, blood spatter patterns, bullets, documents shedding light on the crime or its motive, trace evidence such as hairs or fibers, paint chips, broken glass, insects, or pollen."

I used this book for three purposes: 1. As a textbook for my Eng Lit Forms and Movements elective course at BITS Pilani 2. As a reference for my personal project 'Impact of the Tudor Era on the World' 3. As a source for lists and summaries of works by great English authors And this legendary book served me brilliantly in all of the above regards
