| Review # 1 was written on 2016-08-08 00:00:00 Michael Harmon The book "The Deadhead's Taping Compendium, VOLUME II" is divided into three parts: Page 005 - "A Historical Overview" of the Grateful Dead taping phenomenon Page 073 - "The Reviews" a chronological listing of hundreds of shows from 1975 to 1985 Page 725 - "Resources" a guide to recommended versions of selected songs, videos, films There are also 17 pages of photographs in the center of the book in full color which are quite nice. This massive book about (most) everything one may want to know about The Grateful Dead's bootleg tape history. It's a nice book to skim, but would break your foot if you dropped it onto it. |
