Review # 1 was written on 2016-10-29 00:00:00 Marvin Blanco Jack Collis did a good job with this book in reminding me to keep on improving and innovating at all times so I can stay relevant with the constant change around me daily. Whether on a personal or professional level, it's important to keep updating my knowledge base and skills so they benefit me in future. Try different things at different times and never settle for a comfort zone where there's no challenges or opportunities to grow. 'Today it's Innovative or Die' he says. A good read in my books. |
Review # 2 was written on 2018-04-15 00:00:00 Alex Hernandez I really wanted to like this book, as I'm a person who believes you can avoid mistakes yourself by learning from the mistakes of others. Unfortunately, after going through about 20% of this, I realized that it was I who had made this mistake here, so I decided to move on to something else. Don't get me wrong... There are some good lessons here; I simply found an increasing level of diminishing return with each page and didn't feel like putting so much effort in for something with such little application to my situation. |
