Review # 1 was written on 2015-10-17 00:00:00 Frank Edvard Schjelderup The best video reference book out there. This book has helped me solve every single video problem I've encountered while at my day job or working freelance. This book touches on every single aspect of video, production, distribution, standards, codecs, post production, displays, and maintenance. A very expensive book, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-10-28 00:00:00 James Curry Being neither a scientist, nor an engineer, I don't know what my view is worth. I think one can call it a philosophical book about engineering. I'm not sure if I can follow the author's view, but for me it is a challenging one (I like to be challenged), one that keeps your mind sharp and awake. But anyway, the book contains many interesting references to other books (and marvellous pictures) that seem extremely interesting to read. A good book for a layman (like me) with an interest for science, engineering and philosophy
