Review # 1 was written on 2020-05-31 00:00:00 Mike Benevsky Just resently got back into yoga. I enjoy the postures and the breathing techniques and how simple it is to follow Yolanda throughout the practice.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-03-11 00:00:00 Gianfranco Girotto I just love this yoga routine. It is both great for the beginners, but also demanding and relaxing at the same time. I look forward to doing it in the mornings. It is not like some other DVDs I tried which are more exercise videos with some yoga moves then other way around. These are real yoga poses. And I like how real Yolanda is - and not some 21 year old poser that just makes me feel bad about myself. Yolanda is just like I would want to be when I am her age, fit and trim in a healthy kind of a way.
