Review # 1 was written on 2016-10-15 00:00:00 Fawad Khan There's a lot of great information in this textbook, but it's severely marred by typos and awkward layout. What should be great fun to read is instead much more work than it needs to be. This book is nicely supplemented by the Amazing World of Aviation documentary series, available on Amazon Prime.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-07-12 00:00:00 Lionel Dupras While this book succeeds in covering a large topic, it is a pretty awful overview of aviation. It seems like its origin was a high school project. Aside from taking an interesting topic and making it dull beyond reason, this book has misspellings, formatting errors, factual errors, and overall I cannot believe I had to read this for a college class. A much better book that goes over the same information that is contained in this book is: Flight-The Complete History by RG Grant
