Review # 1 was written on 2020-09-29 00:00:00 Blake Moritz If you like historical backgrounds to the emergence of concepts, if you want to learn about mathematicians, if you want to understand how people wrote to each other to go from small steps to new ideas, then this book is certainly not for you. But if you are a genius who already knows everything about the topic and just wants to make sure that everything important is written in the book, then this book is calling for you.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-08-05 00:00:00 Michael LeBlanc This was my textbook for World Civilization at BYU, and I absolutely loved it - I wished my professor for the first half of the course had followed it more! I still have it and occasionally use it for reference.
