Review # 1 was written on 2012-03-05 00:00:00 Robert Gordon Excellent, cleary explained information. I needed to fill some gaps in my own knowledge of mineral therapy for a lecture i was giving and this book did not disappoint me. |
Review # 2 was written on 2017-06-21 00:00:00 Kenneth Maxfield Jr It is a great short introduction with some nice recipes to try out, however I did not like so much that most recipes were infusions and nothing else and some included dangerous herbs, which I as a beginner myself, would not want to use. What I liked though was that the author stresses to experiment and find out what you like. There were some slight mistakes in editing, which I personally get annoyed by easily, and sometimes it seemed that someone else wrote the parts, because at times I suddenly could not relate to her writing as much. But overall a great book which I will use for ideas for recipes, especially the beauty products section. |
