Review # 1 was written on 2020-03-13 00:00:00 Jerry Loftis I look something up in this book every day. I find it to be incredibly informative and useful. One issue I have is that some of the preparation instructions are overly complex and yet unclear, while in the individual herb sections the recommendations for best preparations for which conditions are too sparse. That said, though, this is definitely one of my favorite and most-used herb books.
