It will completely change your life - in an evolutionary type-of-way. After I read this book - I immediately thought to myself "Why do we need vitamins - all this health crap - everything that we take all the time?? - when all we need is alkaline water - and it will naturally rebuild the body". Review # 2 was written on 2013-04-23 00:00:00 Jeremy Soliday The premise of this book is the same as The PH Miracle by Dr. Robert O. Young. (Get alkaline food and water in your body and get rid of the acidity in your body. If you do this you will feel better.) This was an excellent book. Mr. Whang uses his scientific background as well as real life examples to support his position. I am anxious to try it!
