Review # 2 was written on 2010-08-07 00:00:00 Cindy Davis I didn't like it overall, because: it's one of those book that could express the very same with 35 instead of 350 pages; it was first published in 1993 and in 21 years many things have changed in the travel field; I had the italian translation and I found out that most of the books was very US-focused, therefore I don't see the sense of trying to adapt it to another language/environment. Why two stars eventually: the principles of how to undertake a negotiations or how to claim something to someone are eternal and have worldwide validity.
