Review # 1 was written on 2012-08-09 00:00:00 Bilash Mathur This is one of those books that is always handy to have around, and it's a blast just to open it to any page and start reading. My copy is 11 years old and I still go to it all the time. It's getting very dog-eared, and I'll eventually have to buy a new copy. But as I write, I find it an exceptional springboard for ideas, an excellent source for fact checking (who better than the Oxford, right?), and an ideal source for quick and dirty historical answers and trivia.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-03-19 00:00:00 Tim Cooper it's an old book from a different age, it's always interesting to see how sex/gender roles and perceptions have changed over mere decades. definitely feel similarly to some of herbert's own experiences ahahaha so some things never change...
