Review # 1 was written on 2014-10-28 00:00:00 Gary Ambrose I am a fan of cowboys like any other guy in America. As a child we all wanted to be cowboys, but these men were the real thing. This book is a great read if you want to learn about the not so famous stories and battles of the Texas Rangers. There are so many men that have not been given the credit that the deserve. Most of the men, if they had done some of the things they did today. they would all receive a Medal of Honor. They bravery of these Texas Rangers is indescribable. From rescuing abducted children to defending settlements, the Texas Rangers stood tall against great forces.
