This short, to-the point book describes how to choose different cuts of meat and grill them in Argentine style, with very effective descriptions of the grilling techniques. It focuses on beef but covers many different cuts and types of meat, including pork, chicken, boar, venison, and fish. Vegetarians, this is not for you. The book focuses on the grilling techniques and doesn't spend much time describing seasoning or how to control the fire, so I would recommend it for a more experienced BBQer looking to master this particular style. For that audience, this is an excellent book. The pictures are absolutely mouthwatering too.

I perused this book but I like to keep my BBQ simple, which means I'll probably never pick this book up again. FYI, cook books don't make very good gifts.
