Review # 1 was written on 2013-11-13 00:00:00 Donald Mori He gives direct answers to common sufism problems in the West. Really direct answers. This book has gone neglected despite its advice being more practical and real than more popular yet more abstract sufi works. Excellent translation too.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-05-05 00:00:00 Dan Willie Very important book for understanding the spread of Sufism to Europe. The influence of his writings on St Juan de la Cruz is noted and studied by Professor Miguel Asin Palacios.
