It won an award for Best Book during an international exhibition of Sufi books, part of UNESCO World Book Year. It is difficult to do justice to the volume in a short review: the best thing one can say is, Read this book, it's well worth the effort. It is a compilation of wisdom, instruction, and delight. It unveils gem after gem for the inquirer interested in Sufi learning: 'The Glance of Power,' 'The Book in Turki,' 'Entry into a Sufi Circle,' 'Source of Being,' 'The Golden Fly,' and the exquisite 'Paradise of Song.' And to mention these is but to draw attention to a few facets of a whole. Highly recommended.
