Review # 1 was written on 2018-03-27 00:00:00 Dustin Abolafia Very comprehensive and clear. Anguide book that tells you and assumes you have some basics of hiking, a no hold your hand guide book. Includes great prep and basic history information of the area. Highly recommend.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-10-30 00:00:00 Lance Morehead Virtually the only climbing guide (and in-depth hiking guide) to the greatest mountain range in the lower 48. However, it was published in 1994, and a second edition is long overdue.
