Review # 1 was written on 2016-05-01 00:00:00 Eric Poole Excellent cookbook that focuses primarily on sweet things. The book includes the full gamut from simple cakes through to complex dinner party stunners. Highly recommend for anyone who is into baking. (Note: many of these recipes are made with a food processor, which does make their mixing easy but did put me off a little bit because I keep my food processor at the top of a cupboard and it's a pain to get it out of the cupboard.)

Review # 2 was written on 2012-07-31 00:00:00 David Kaufman This is a great baking book. I've made quite a few of the cakes so far and they have all turned out well. This book is also full of useful baking tips. I'd originally borrowed this from the library but it is well worth owning a copy.
