Review # 1 was written on 2014-05-07 00:00:00 Amber Frost Even though the decorating styles are dated to the 90's, I like this book! My copy is a spiral book which makes it very versatile to use. This book provides a good foundation for sewing home decor. With a little creativity all the techniques, tips and tricks, in the book, can be economically used to add some designer flare to modernize your home. I used my copy to decorate my current home and pulled it out again to help a friend slipcover a chair. There are a few projects from the book I have never used. I have not made anything from the wonderful walls and ceilings section of the book. However these projects would be awesome to do with a child to teach them to sew and create a fun play or dress up area.
