Review # 1 was written on 2018-04-30 00:00:00 Janette Hendel I am really happy snagging this at a local library sale. For many years I've grown my own tomatoes in my garden to use across the board. Many times I've made my own varieties of salsa. This book literally made my day. I've now got lots of new salsa recipes to make for my family. I like the layout and how they have recommendations for which ones to use with different dishes.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-12-27 00:00:00 Mary Maginley A great resource for parents of picky eaters. The recipes are easy with mostly simple/common ingredients (no special shopping trips required) and have an 80% success rate with my two little ones. There is lots of good nutrition (e.g., organic food strategies) and safety (e.g., BPA)information also.
