Review # 1 was written on 2017-10-24 00:00:00 Ivor Cinderby Fascinating reading about Hawaii's bloody and surprisingly diplomatic history. Kamehameha's story has elements of Arthurian legend as well as the story of Christ, which I found interesting and suspect. If you go to the Bishop Museum in Honolulu, you can see Kamehameha's actual bird feather cloak and several of his other accouterments. I was totally geeked out over this and sat in awe in front of the case for about 20 minutes.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-05-07 00:00:00 Misty Loveless Loved that the dude had a real job and he was a good person as well as a likable one. The conflict was their respective baggage and I found it realistic. I liked the woman and her driven-ness. Liked the resolution and even the epilogue wasn't too much. :D
