Review # 2 was written on 2016-01-19 00:00:00 Laura Kincaid this is really 2 books. one is alma rubens drug-addled diary, and that is the best one as well. her own writing does not talk too much about her days as an early silent film star, but it is a sometimes harrowing look into what it was like to be a coke-head (or a snowbird) in the 20's and 30's. a really interesting read!
