Review # 1 was written on 2012-08-04 00:00:00 Frederick Miner Tremendously interesting perspective on the methods and goals of opening statements and voir dire. Although there is a tinge of "look what a great lawyer I am, by reading my transcript from a case when I was only 31 years old," the accompanying commentary and review of the transcript is totally worthwhile. And, the author is duly proud of having achieved conviction as a junior level prosecutor up against some of the best defense attorneys of the day. I can see why this series continues to be recommended even though it was published nearly 20 years ago. I will definitely be continuing through the other volumes of the series. Highly recommended to all trial lawyers and trial lawyer wannabes.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-08-08 00:00:00 Michael Persico 4✨ FEBRUARY 2020- book 18 (I don't review her books, never could because honestly I will be bias because I love her. ) For all who don't know , I am in love with Agatha Christie ever since I started reading her books( 5 years ago) and I planned to read a book of her each month so that I don't run out of her books !
