Review # 1 was written on 2009-03-29 00:00:00 Joseph Liberty I have done most of my hiking in the Northwestern Yosemite sections of this book. My all-time favorite is the trail into Kibbie Lake out of Cherry Reservoir. The scenery is truly spectacular, however you should consider using bear cannisters in this section, as the bears are plentiful.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-05-26 00:00:00 Ck Hughes I use this book frequently, and have found it to be an invaluable source of hiking knowledge for LA newbies. I wish there were more info on plants and better directions (maybe in graphical form) to trailhead parking. I do like, however, the seasonal/smog hike recommendations.
