Review # 1 was written on 2015-09-30 00:00:00 Christine Carter 3.25 Stars I like the message of this book but the repetition of the same concepts and same words with different animals just droned on...I couldn't wait for the point. You go through a spider, a bluebird, bunnies, turtle, squirrels, goldfish to get to the point... each animal gets 2 pages... and the only difference from the previous page is the name of the animal and the pictures. It was fine.

It is organized by month, which helps librarians form a feasible plan of action. He include many resources and many lists of useful information. He also included sample booktalks, surveys, letters to teachers, among other things. A must-have for anyone working in youth services.
