Review # 1 was written on 2015-10-25 00:00:00 Peter Robertson A must read for Dominicans, those in formation, and anyone interested in the life of this great saint. It is divided into two sections: Saint Dominic (bio and context) and The Grace of Preaching (the order). Somewhat scholarly but accessible it covers a great deal about Dominic and Dominican spirituality (Chapter Twelve is worth the price of the book) assisting the reader greatly in understanding the man and his charism which he imparted to the order he founded.
