Review # 1 was written on 2014-02-14 00:00:00 Randy Everett One of the best books on the spiritual life I have ever read. I savored this book over the course of a few years! I didn't want it to end...:) It is a thin-ish little book filled with profound and beautiful truths and insights into how to draw closer to Our Lord as a true friend of the heart. :) I highly recommend this to anyone!

Review # 2 was written on 2009-05-24 00:00:00 Toshiio Munekane I've read one chapter of this book per day, as my spiritual reading. It contains lots of truths which help me live my Catholic faith. It covers a good range of topics, ranging from interior life to humility. I especially like this quote "Where do I usually live in my thoughts, affections and desires? If your thoughts, affections and desires all converge on Jesus Christ, it is a sure proof that you are an interior soul. "
