Anderson, Released From Bondage, Page 155, Paragraph 3. This book has stories of people who have gone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ. Many of these people were abused as children, had sexual problems, psychological problems and even were involved in Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA). This book will give the testimony of the person who was "released from bondage" and what they went through before and after they went through the Steps to Freedom in Christ. At the end of the book you will find the Steps to Freedom in Christ that you can go through with a trusted friend, pastor or counselour. You can also go through the Steps to Freedom in Christ on your own. I personally have gone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ many times and I find it helpful to go through them at least once a year. When I asked the Holy Spirit to show me any sins I needed to confess, I was reminded of things I had not cared to confess and renounce. We need to remember that sin does not evaporate, it requires to be confessed to God and then God forgives. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9, NIV)
