I enjoyed the humor and encouragement of a simpler day. however, the book seemed scattered to me. when we go from the graduation and marriage of a young nurse and skip all the way to the days when she has six grandchildren. I felt that we should have had more to fill in that huge gap and that the stories could have been ordered better.
