Review # 1 was written on 2019-08-23 00:00:00 Marc Dellaire Good for background material, but quite dated for specifics (it was published in 1987). The author obviously knows red French wines, and writes passionately. There are undoubtedly better books for the current crop of French wines.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-07-30 00:00:00 Jonathan Crummett Started strong, taught the reader how to plant and create one's own wine in their very own backyard. As the book progressed however, the language began to become more dominantly French which from my POV was difficult to comprehend.
