Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-19 00:00:00 Carolyn Peterson Golly this took a lot longer than expected nor do I believe I am *done* reading. With the thematic presence of 'open endedness', the pastorals and parrot topics seemed adventitious. The first section is presented with a precarious manner (atleast it seemed so to me) but the concepts are launched off with stimulating multidisciplinary narratives; analogizing topological ideas of space and curvature with author's personal political ethics. |
Review # 2 was written on 2011-03-28 00:00:00 Aron Siegel my favourite ones: Like a bowl of roses a poem should not have to be explained Poetry is pillow-thought after intercourse It is a bare lightbulb in a homeless hotel illuminating a nakedness of minds and hearts It is the voice of the Fourth Person Singular Poetry is not all heroin horses and Rimbaud It is also the powerless prayers of airline passengers fastening their seatbelts for the final descent |
