Review # 2 was written on 2015-09-08 00:00:00 Jj Smith This is a fantastic book for people that are looking for a wonderfully written book about wavelets. No way I would recommend this to someone that does not have a background in the field but if one does, this is a gem. I wish there were more books like this; mathematics needs to be more accessible. And the question is, why isn't it??? This is a mathematically precise book, written by an English major. Why is there not more of this? Congrats to the author and thank you for such a work. I wish you could do this for more advanced concepts.
