Some really great acting moments; some surmountable challenges for a set designer; lots of opportunity for a director to rally push for excellence. I have to admit though.... I think this show would work best today if it was performed as a period piece. 4/5

Review # 2 was written on 2016-08-05 00:00:00 thomas walker I'm probably being much too harsh here. I think I'm being fair when I say the play hasn't aged well and is a little gimmicky. I'm probably revealing too much about myself when I confess that my real beef is probably that play captures too well a particular time in my youth and in the AIDS crisis that I'd rather not be reminded of.
