Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-04 00:00:00 Steven Hines Read a long time ago, and keep rereading parts of it as needed. It's one of the best books on the body mind connection ever. And a forerunner of Vagus Nerve/Polyvagal stuff I would say, though it doesn't state that explicitly.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-06-16 00:00:00 Eric Poole I read this in a dance class in college and liked it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to understand their body and body movement more.
